KUE LUMPUR versi Pak Wied Harry

Versi Pak Wied Harry:
[KUE LUMPUR, 25 potong]
Bahan:
* 250 ml air
* 75 g mentega/75 ml minyak goreng (aku pake blue band)
* 150 gr terigu (aku pake segitiga biru)
* 80 g gula pasir
* 1/2 sdt garam
* 6 telur
* 450 ml susu kedelai tawar (aku pake susu UHT Ultra Jaya Full Cream)
* Kismis & kelapa muda (optional)

Cara Masak:
* Didihkan air + mentega/minyak goreng.
* Masukkan terigu, aduk sampai rata.
* Tambahkan gula pasir & garam, aduk, angkat. Sisihkan sampai dingin. Setelah dingin, tambahkan telur & susu kedelai tawar.
* Panaskan wajan datar antilengket (aku pake cetakan kue lumpur) di atas api kecil, tuang adonan, tutup.
* Ketika setengah mtang, taburi kismis & kelapa muda, tutup, masak sampai matang.
* Angkat dari wajan, potong-potong.
