Susu Kedelai

Bahan:
100 gr kedelai
600 ml air
4 sdm gula pasir
1 lbr daun pandan
1 ruas jahe emprit, memarkan

Cara membuat:
Cuci bersih kedelai, rendam dalam 600 air selama 6 jam.
Masukkan dalam blender, proses hingga kedelai halus, saring, buang ampasnya.
Masak diatas api sedang, bersama daun pandan dan jahe hingga mendidih, angkat.
Masukkan gula pasir, aduk rata, sajikan.
