Resep Fondant #1 *

gula halus 425 gr
tepung maizena 75gr
gelatine 10gr
air 70ml
cara:
campur gelatin n air,diamkan 10 menit
rebus gelatin di atas api kecil hingga mendidih
campur maizena n gula halus,aduk rata
tambahkan gelatin,uleni hingga kalis
siap digunakan.
nah kalau pakai shortening (mentega putih) ditambahin di adonan atau cukup dioles ke meja dan tangan aja biar g lengket?
